Cold Coconut is a cutting-edge dine-in Snack Boutique, named after the creator's favorite food.  We are the home of Kat's Epic Trail Bites and other high end, hand-crafted refreshments.  We believe that one of the key stones to healthy living is a focus on food choices that "spark joy," while simultaneously treating your body to awesome health.  Our passion is to serve our community by providing such options.  We love to take special treats that we all "wish were healthy," and convert them to foods so beneficial that a doctor may as well prescribe them. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all diet!  We exist to cater to special dietary needs, such as allergies and food sensitivities, with a particular focus on gluten free, blood sugar control, inflammation control, with the ability to customize just about anything on our menu to be vegan.
